Mark is a great leader with extensive expertise in healthcare administration, patient care improvement, relationship development, survey management, compliance, budgeting, and operation management. He prides himself in building up team members and ensuring a productive/fun work environment.
Director of Nursing
Sherry has been caring for others since she was 12 when her uncle was in a bad car accident and needed someone to watch over him while he recovered. She now has 30 years of experience in skilled-nursing since graduating from Seattle Central Community College as a Registered Nurse. Sherry has spent a decade of her career at Roo Lan and her knowledge of the facility and it’s staff makes her an invaluable team member.
Having been around nurses since childhood, McKennzie has always liked helping people. Her mom was a nurse manager and she was inspired to follow in her footsteps after years of tagging along with her to work. McKennzie went on to get her LPN at Concorde Career Institute in Arlington Texas. She now has more than 12 years of experience and is currently training to become a full RN when she’s not at work or spending time with her two boys.
