COVID-19 Community Letter

Dear Residents and families,
We are writing to provide you updates regarding COVID-19, or Coronavirus, and our continued preventive actions.
On August 11th, a non direct care staff member tested positive yesterday for COVID. He last worked on Friday. We are currently in the process of testing all residents today and will be testing all staff as well with the assistance of our local health department. We have communicated to each of our residents families via phone and letting them know the precautionary measures we are taking to ensure that their loved ones are well cared for and safe. All residents will continue to be actively monitored for all signs or symptoms of the virus.
Please note, if a positive test result is produced from the facility-wide testing, phone calls will be made to all resident families, guardians, and powers of attorney. We will also be updating our facility’s website www.roolanhealthrehab.com as the situation continues to evolve.
The safety of our residents and families continues to be our top priority and we are doing all we can to protect those we serve. We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding during this incredibly challenging time.
